KITCHEN-DINING ROOM
The spacious kitchen contains a ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is an open plan dining area with table seating for four and also a breakfast bar with two seats. WiFi is available.
LOUNGE
There is a feature fireplace with a welcome basket of logs provided, leather sofa seating and a television with DVD player. There is also a small table with chair in the lounge and a coffee table before the fire.
BEDROOMS
There is one king-size en-suite bedroom to the front of the house and a twin bedroom at the rear. Both have fitted wardrobes.
BATHROOM
There is a family bathroom with a spa bath, shower, toilet and washbasin.

Parking is available beside the house on the driveway.

“This is our third visit to The Old Schoolhouse and it was as lovely as our other visits. The house is well equipped and perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It’s so handy as a base for visiting Edinburgh or Glasgow. I’m sure we will be back.”

Conveniently situated on the A84, nearby the local Lochearnhead Village Store, just a short walk away.
Two village pubs / restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive away you have the Golden Larches or Mhor 84 at Balquhidder Station.You have a choice of golf courses, all clubs offer a warm welcome to visitors at St. Fillans, Comrie, Killin or Callander, a short golf break for occasional players or try more than one course.The National Cycle route runs through Lochearnhead so if you are looking for a cycling holiday the route 7 offers a great family day out with cycle hire available locally.
For the keen fishermen permits can be bought from the village shop and boat hire is available on Loch Earn so you can enjoy your fishing holiday.
If you are thinking of visiting for the annual Black Faced Sheep Shearing Competition, Highland Games Balvaig Music Festival, Mhor Festival or any other event, book early to avoid disappointment.
If you want to see more of Scotland you can take in the breathtaking scenery of Glencoe (40 mins), Pitlochry (60 mins) and Oban and the Isles (50 mins).
