A stunning converted Georgian school house

Ruchearn is a converted ground floor of a Georgian village schoolhouse. The property’s flagstoned entrance hall gives access to a spacious lounge with log-burning stove, a sun room, a king-size bedroom (with ensuite toilet and shower), a twin bedroom, family bathroom and fully fitted kitchen. There is a garden and the lane beside the house leads to the confluence of the River Earn and the Water of Ruchill.

Ruchearn is centrally located, very close to the well known  ‘White Church’, in the Perthshire village of Comrie and is a short stroll from the river, local walks, golf course, shops and restaurants.
