Ruchearn is a converted ground floor of a Georgian village schoolhouse. Ruchearn is centrally located, very close to the well known ‘White Church’, in the Perthshire village of Comrie and is a short walk from the river, local walks, golf course, shops and restaurants. Perfect for families with its stylish and comfortable interior and an excellent location for exploring the wider area.

“The property is beautiful with stone flagstones in the hall and a very large living room with lots of character. There is a very nice conservatory with views overlooking the River Earn. The bedroom overlooking the road is extremely quiet. The separate second bathroom is extremely nice with a bath and a separate walk in shower. The kitchen has a very large oven and is extremely well equipped. The entire accommodation is extremely clean, spacious and well looked after.”
INSIDE
A spacious entrance hall leads off to all rooms of the house. There is a king ensuite bedroom and a twin bedroom with family bathroom. There is a fully-fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The large lounge-dining area has sofa seating, a log fire, and Smart Television, there is also a dining table with seating for 4. Through the lounge there is also a sunroom with seating.
OUTSIDE
There is a free public car park a short distance from the apartment. Guests are asked to move their car from the property after unloading. There is also on-street parking available in the village. The property is on the ground floor with access at the front door.
NEARBY
Comrie is a great place to stay with a variety of cafes and shops a short walk from the door. Enjoy fish and chips or an evening meal at one of the local restaurants. There are beautiful walks alongside the River Earn or up to Melville’s Monument. Nearby sights include the White Church, Earthquake House and Cultybraggan Camp. For outdoor enthusiasts, there is a golf course and skate park at the edge of the village, and Comrie Croft bike tracks a short drive away.
