Ruchearn is a family apartment converted from the ground floor of the Georgian village schoolhouse. The property’s flagstoned entrance hall gives access to a spacious lounge with log-burning stove, a sun room, a king-size bedroom (with ensuite toilet and shower), a twin bedroom, family bathroom and fully fitted kitchen. There is a garden and the lane beside the house leads to the confluence of the River Earn and the Water of Ruchill.
Ruchearn is centrally located, very close to the well known ‘White Church’, in the Perthshire village of Comrie and is a short walk from the river, local walks, golf course, shops and restaurants. Perfect for families with its stylish and comfortable interior and an excellent location for exploring the wider area.
Note: For the convenience of neighbours, after unloading guests are asked to move their vehicles to nearby free parking (car park or on-street).

INSIDE
A spacious entrance hall leads off to all rooms of the house. There is a double en-suite bedroom and a twin bedroom on the right hand side. There is a fully-fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. A family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The large lounge-dining area has sofa seating, a log fire, and Smart Television, there is also a dining table with seating for 4. Through the lounge there is also a sunroom with seating.
OUTSIDE
There is a free public car park a short distance from the apartment. Guests are asked to move their car from the property after unloading. There is also on-street parking available in the village. The property is on the ground floor with access at the front door.
NEARBY
Comrie is a great place to stay with a variety of cafes and shops a short walk from the door. Enjoy fish and chips or an evening meal at one of the local restaurants. There are beautiful walks alongside the River Earn or up to Melville’s Monument. Nearby sights include the White Church, Earthquake House and Cultybraggan Camp. For outdoor enthusiasts, there is a golf course and skate park at the edge of the village, and Comrie Croft bike tracks a short drive away.
