About Brodie Cottage
Brodie Cottage is a modern holiday home set within beautiful communal landscaped gardens with stunning views of the surrounding hillsides. The property also features a south-westerly facing outside patio area with seating. Dedicated parking to the property is available in the car-park with access via a ramp or two short flights of steps. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with sofa seating, television and a dining table and chair. The adjacent open-plan kitchen has a built-in dishwasher and fridge-freezer, kettle, cafetiere, microwave, oven and hob. There is also a ground floor cloakroom with toilet, and a washing machine.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms: a king-size room with en-suite bathroom having a shower, toilet and dual sinks; a second twin bedroom; and a family bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and sink.
The property is located nearby Loch Tay and the Highland village of Killin where you can find a selection of restaurants, cafes, and opportunity for outdoor activities including cycling the National Cycle Network or kayaking on the loch.

Entering the property there is a cloakroom with toilet off the entrance hall on the left. The next door on the left has a cupboard with washing machine. From the hall, the lounge features two sofa seats, a television, and dining table with seating. Guests can also look out from the lounge to the outdoor patio and seating area. There is an open-plan kitchen from the lounge with oven, hob, kettle, cafetiere, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher.
On the second floor there is a king-sized en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet and sink). A second twin bedroom. And a family bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.
There is a patio area with table and seating available.
Brodie Cottage is located a few miles to the east of the Highland Perthshire village of Killin, a short distance from Loch Tay.
