The rustic log cabins are a cosy getaway offering stunning views, modern comforts, and the perfect base for adventure or relaxation.The cottage has a king sized bedroom, new bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, electric hob, kettle, toaster, and microwave. The lounge is comfortable and cosy with a television. Outside guests can sit on the balcony or enjoy the garden looking towards the loch and surrounding hills.
For outdoor enthusiasts, there is the Ben Lawers Nature reserve nearby, and kayaking available on Loch Tay.
The village of Killin is a short drive away with a selection of great restaurants to choose from. Whether you’re looking for a quiet retreat or a week exploring all that the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and Highland Perthshire have to offer, this cottage is perfectly situated. We are also very proud of our green credentials, with the electricity and hot water in the cottage provided by solar panels.

If Killin Cottage is booked, please take a look at Kenmore Cottage. These twin cottages are identical on the inside and both with the same great views.

A short drive from the cottage is the Ben Lawers Nature Reserve, which provides excellent walking route. The outdoor shop in Killin offers kayak and bike to explore Loch Tay and the National Cycle Network. There are several restaurants and bars in Killin to enjoy. At the other end of Loch Tay, the village of Kenmore is famous for its Crannog Centre historical attraction and you can also enjoy a Loch Tay Safari.
Located just moments from Loch Tay, Killin Cottage is perfectly positioned for kayaking, hiking, and cycling along the National Cycle Network. Stroll into Killin, where you’ll find welcoming cafés, restaurants, and the famous Falls of Dochart, a must-see natural wonder.
