About Earnbank

Earnbank is a modern well-appointed cottage in Lochearnhead with lochside seating. Originally constructed in the 1800’s, the cottage has been fully renovated into a stylish holiday home, while being sympathetic to the original heritage. This self catering accommodation has two double rooms, one bunk-bed room, and a family bathroom. Earnbank is ideal for family holidays and provides a great base for walking, cycling and golf breaks.

The kitchen is fully fitted with electric hob, oven, kettle, microwave and toaster. There is  a dining table with seating for six, and the lounge area has sofa seating and television. WiFi is available throughout. The living area is light and spacious with natural sunlight from the large windows to the front.

The property’s lochside seating area provides stunning views of Loch Earn and Ben Vorlich. Boat mooring is available on request.

“The cottage was ideally located, scenery was breath taking. Cottage had everything you needed, beds etc comfortable. Our girls really enjoyed the window seat and bunk beds. Plenty of walks and exploring to do.”

Parking is available directly outside the property on a gated driveway and also opposite beside the jetty. There is ramped access to the back door. Inside, the property is on one level with a single step in the hallway.


There are two double bedrooms and one bunkbed room. There is a bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and hand basin.


The open plan kitchen-dining area features a table with seating for six. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is sofa seating and a coffee table in the lounge area; a television with Freeview; and WiFi is available.


There is a garden to the rear of the property that is fenced from the road. There is outdoor seating at the front of the property. Across from the property there is a Lochside garden area with a jetty. Mooring is available for boats (there is no slipway, but launching is available nearby in Lochearnhead).


Lochearnhead sits at the centre of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Sailing and fishing are popular on the loch, and both can be enjoyed directly from the jetty at the front of Earnbank.

The National Cycle Network Route 7 runs from Lochearnhead to Killin (north) and Callander (south) and provides miles of fantastic cycling for enthusiasts.

Ben Vorlich on the south side of Loch Earn is a walkers paradise, with spectacular views from the summit.

Lochearnhead is centrally located for day trips to Comrie, Callander, Killin, or further afield.
