About Taighean Anndra
Taighean Anndra is a luxury self catering holiday home with many unique features. An outdoor hot tub, home cinema system, a games room with table tennis table, upstairs lounge with log burning stove and reclining chairs, fantastic luxury furnishings and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. There is also free super fast broadband.
This self catering house is ideally located in the centre of Killin. For hill walkers and photographers: you can see out from the large velux windows to the Munroes Ben Lawers and Meall nan Tarmachan, as well as Sron a Clachain. There are a variety of shops and restaurants nearby.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great house for a holiday
“I booked this place for a family get together what a great house loads of room for everyone, there is a lovely living room upstairs if you need your own time also the games room was great fun – table tennis went down a treat. The hot tub was great and there is plenty of towels in the laundry room to use for the hot tub. The area is lovely with the falls a must to see, there is a co-op down the road which has everything you need. The Courie Inn is a great, friendly place to eat which is just across the road. Grant from Cooper Cottages has been great at arranging our break away and would book again with Cooper Cottages again.”
NOTE: Groups of under 25s will not be permitted to stay. One member of the party must be over 25 and will be responsible for the group.

OUTSIDE
There is parking for three cars outside the house through a gate. There is a patio area to the front of the house with an outdoor hot tub. Access is up a flight of steps,
DOWNSTAIRS
The feature hallway has a bespoke Italian made spiral stainless steel and oak spiral staircase.
The kitchen is has black granite work tops. The black slate flooring, with underfloor heating is also a great addition. The kitchen features a 10-seater oak dining table. There is also a a 37″ TV with Sky television in this room.
Well equipped with Steam oven, Fan oven, Microwave and an induction hob in the centre of the room.
The open plan sunroom connected with the kitchen is a great place to relax, with a 6-seater L-shaped leather sofa and a door leading out to the patio.
The games room has a full size table tennis table which can be easily folded away to allow the room to be used as a cinema room, this room has a 10 foot 3D projector, which is linked to a onkyo amplifier and surround sound speakers. If not watching a movie the amplifier can be used to play music. There is also a games console (PS3) available to be played through the projector set up. Free superfast fibre broadband means you can work or play online with ease.
Two bedrooms, one single child’s bedroom and one double bedroom with solid oak bed & furniture.
The downstairs shower room has black slate flooring, with underfloor heating, and heated towel rails.
UPSTAIRS
The upper lounge has a 50” built in flat screen plasma. This room has black leather furniture both couches are manual reclining and both arm chairs are electric recliners. The contemporary woodburning stove adds a stunningly modern twist to this room.
The upper bathroom has a corner bath c/w shower. Wall mounted furniture and taps. Heated towel rails and under floor heating.
There are three double bedrooms upstairs, bedroom 1 is the master and is en-suite, it has a 50” plasma tv built into the wall. The second has a wall hung 32” flat screenTV. Furnished with solid oak furniture and has built in mirror wardrobes. Bedroom 3 also has a built in mirror wardrobe, lovely views from the velux and side windows onto the local munroes, it is furnished with Italian leather furniture.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great house in an ideal location
“We really enjoyed out week in Taighean Anndra. The house is well located in the centre of Killin with good access to amenities. We had 4 couples staying and there was more than adequate room for us all. The house is well equipped with appliances and nicely decorated. Some of the appliances are rather complicated to operate without the manual and You Tube.
All in all an excellent place to have a holiday and Killin is a lovely location.”
