About Brodie Cottage
Brodie Cottage is a modern holiday home set within beautiful communal landscaped gardens with stunning views of the surrounding hillsides. The property also features a south-westerly facing outside patio area with seating. Dedicated parking to the property is available in the car-park with access via a ramp or two short flights of steps. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with sofa seating, television and a dining table and chair. The adjacent open-plan kitchen has a built-in dishwasher and fridge-freezer, kettle, cafetiere, microwave, oven and hob. There is also a ground floor cloakroom with toilet, and a utility cupboard including a washing machine (no dryer).
Upstairs there are two bedrooms: a king-size room with en-suite bathroom having a shower, toilet and dual sinks; a second twin bedroom; and a family bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and sink.
The property is located nearby Loch Tay and the Highland village of Killin where you can find a selection of restaurants, cafes, and opportunity for outdoor activities including cycling the National Cycle Network or kayaking on the loch.

Dedicated parking in the carpark. Access to the property is via a ramp or two flights of steps.
DOWNSTAIRS
Entering the property there is a cloakroom with toilet off the entrance hall on the left. The next door on the left has a cupboard with washing machine. From the hall, the lounge features two sofa seats, a television, and dining table with seating. Guests can also look out from the lounge to the outdoor patio and seating area. There is an open-plan kitchen from the lounge with oven, hob, kettle, cafetiere, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher.
UPSTAIRS
On the second floor there is a king-sized en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet and sink). A second twin bedroom. And a family bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.
OUTSIDE
There is a patio area with table and seating available.
