OUTSIDE

Guests will find parking space for two cars next to the holiday cottage, with access through a gate to a private garden. To the rear of the property is a small patio area with table and seating.  This modern accommodation layout is on three levels.

UTILITY ROOM

A utility room at the rear door, is equipped with washing machine, wall and base units, a washer and sink. There is oil central heating throughout the property, with the boiler located in the utility room.

LIVING AREA

The open plan living space is great for socialising. There is a large fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven and hob, AGA, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave.

The lounge area has leather seating, a free-view television with DVD player. There are books, games and DVD provided. WiFi is available throughout the property.

The two main bathrooms contains bath, separate shower, sink and toilet.

Sleeps up to eight guests, with two x double bedroom, a quadruple room. There’s plenty of storage space in all bedrooms.

Within and near St. Fillans, there are a plethora of activities to enjoy such as walking, golf, fishing, canoeing, boating, bird watching or simply sitting in the sun and feeding the residential ducks. There are also challenging walks such as Dundurn hill – a small but steep rocky knoll, the site of the Pictish fort as well as the cell of Saint Fillan. The walk offers stunning views and a chance to explore from the village to which Fillan gave his name.
