Are the properties dog friendly?

You can find all our dog-friendly properties here. You will find information in the amenities list at the bottom of the page on whether there is an enclosed garden, or extras for dogs.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Are the properties accessible?

You can find a list of accessible properties here. These are properties that have ramp access or level access, a downstairs bathroom or are all on one level. Details are shown in the amenities list.

 

Can we bring a campbed/sleeping bag/fit more people into the property?

No. The properties only sleep up to the maximum number of guests specified for insurance reasons. If more people are present at the property than the maximum specified, you may be asked to leave and no refund would be given.

 

Are linen and towels provided?

Yes. Linen is provided and one bath towel and one hand towel per guest. For stays of two weeks, a change of bedding and towels can be provided for the second week.

 

What is the Refundable Housekeeping Deposit?

This deposit covers any breakages or excessive cleaning required after your stay. If the property is left in good condition, this will be returned to you after departure.

 

Can we check in early/check out later?

We ask that guests stick to the check-in time (4pm) and check-out time (10am). This gives our cleaners time to ensure that the property has been cleaned and checked before arrival.

 

What is there to do around the property?

You can find a list of things to do here. There are great outdoor activities and historical attractions in the area. You will also find leaflets on things to do in your accommodation.
