The Easter break is nearly here with Good Friday being this week on 30th March.
Many of the tourist attractions in the area will be opening their doors after the winter break in readiness for this year’s visitors for the Easter holiday.
Easter is a nice time of year with many flowers and plants waking after their winter sleep and many new lambs can be seen in the fields surrounding our area.
Many attractions open their doors in March and April with a new spring in their step, offering seasonal experiences which keep people coming back throughout the year.
Spring flowers can be seen in many locations across the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park area blanketing the area in changing colours from mid-March.
In spring you can also witness the birth of lambs at the National Museum of Rural Life in East Kilbride near Glasgow, and see thousands of migrating birds including barnacle geese in the area flocking to Balranald in the Outer Hebrides.
