Situated in the stunning and peaceful area of Wester Lix, halfway between Lochearnhead and Killin, Beech Cottage provides an ideal base to explore Central Scotland; for keen walkers, follow the old railway line to Killin.
The traditional cottage is situated in a quiet woodland setting, in the Trossachs, and overlooks a private lochan.

Step inside and you’ll be welcomed into a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area. Large windows overlook the garden, filling the room with natural light. Comfortable sofas provide the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the local area, while the dining table offers seating for four guests. On cooler days, the wood-burning stove adds a cosy touch, making this an inviting space to relax year-round.

Leading off the living area is a modern, well-equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare meals during your stay. A small hallway provides access to the cottages two comfortable bedrooms and the family bathroom, which features a bath with a shower.
