About Tolsta

Tolsta is a three bedroom semi-detached house, part of a conversion of a 200 year old stableblock round a courtyard. It is located a mile along a private road from Killin in a stunning rural location, perfect for a quiet getaway.

Parking is available in the courtyard where you access the property. There is a downstairs bathroom with shower over the bath, washbasin and toilet. There is a fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, fridge/ freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The lounge features a wood-burning stove and sofa seating. It leads to a sunroom from where you can enjoy views of the spacious garden, the local wildlife including squirrels, birds and red deer, and the incredible sunsets over the mountains.

Note: The property is located one mile down a rough farm track with deep potholes. Please drive slowly.

OUTSIDE

The property is accessed down a one mile farm track with deep potholes. Parking is available directly outside the door.

There is a downstairs bathroom with sink and toilet and shower over the bath.

KITCHEN

The kitchen contains an oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. There is a dining table with seating for 6 in the kitchen.

LOUNGE

The lounge features a log-burning stove, television with free sat and a CD/ DVD player. WiFi is available but may be inconsistent and is not high speed.

BEDROOMS

Upstairs there is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. There is also a second toilet on the upper floor.

Tolsta is located in a remote rural location, allowing guests to relax in peace and tranquility, with views of the surrounding mountains. The village of Killin is a one mile drive where you can find shops, restaurants and cafes. There are also a number of events on through the year in the village. For outdoor enthusiasts, Killin offers opportunities for kayaking, cycling and hiking.
