About Oak Cottage
Oak Cottage is a family and dog friendly holiday home in the Perthshire village of Comrie. The property has a large garden, outdoor patio with table and seating and a fire-pit for BBQs. Inside there is a sitting room with log-burning stove, television and sofa seating and a sun-room with dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, kettle, microwave,toaster and dishwasher. There is also a fridge and freezer available for longer stays. Through the kitchen there is also a large separate dining room with seating for five.
There is one downstairs en-suite room with double bed. Upstairs there is a second bedroom with a king-sized bed and a third bedroom with a child’s bed. Comrie is a great place for family stays, with the nearby Auchingarrich Wildlife Park, Comrie Croft, and Cultybraggan Camps being great places to explore. Only a short walk to the centre of the village, where you can find a selection of shops and eating places. There are also several great walks from the village, including a riverside walk alongside the River Earn, Lednock circular walk, and a hike to Melville’s Monument with stunning views of the village and surrounding countryside.

Entering the property there is a sunroom to the front that looks out on the large garden. From the sun room there is a sitting room with television, wood burning stove and sofa seating. There is a fully-fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Through the kitchen there is a separate dining room with a fridge-freezer and dining table with seating for five. At the rear of the property there is an en-suite double bedroom with shower, toilet and sink. There is also a study room with desk and chair.
UPSTAIRS
On the second floor there is a king-sized room and child bedroom with a single bed.

There is a patio with seating outside and a large garden. There is also a firepit to the side of the property on the drive, with low log seating.
