To the left is an open plan dining-kitchen area. From the dining area there are three steps down to the carpeted lounge, with sofa seating, flatscreen television and WiFi. There is also a balcony here from which to enjoy a view of the nearby fields, hills and the river earn flowing by. Head upstairs to the double en-suite master bedroom, complete with high ceilings and the original beams. The room has plenty of natural light thanks to two velux windows on the sloped roof. The en-suite here contains a shower and toilet. There is a family bathroom down the hallway with bath and further along, down another few steps, to the spacious twin room which also looks out over the river. Both rooms have walk in wardrobes. There is also a third toilet on the lower floor.
There is parking to the rear of Earnview Court. Access is to the side up a short flight of steps or ramp. There is a keycode entrance to the building. Up three flights of stairs is a floor shared with three other flats. Number 5 is accessed through a keysafe beside the door. Please remove your shoes in the hallway.
There is a downstairs bathroom with sink and toilet and a second cupboard with a hoover and mop bucket. Off the hallway is the dining-kitchen.
The kitchen contains an oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. There is a dining table with seating for four adjacent to the kitchen area.
Down a few steps from the dining area is the lounge, with sofa seating, coffee table and a flat screen television. There is also WiFi available. From the lounge you can step out onto the balcony that looks towards the River Earn.
Upstairs there is a double en-suite master bedroom and a twin room. Both have walk-in wardrobes. There is a second family bathroom on this floor with bath, sink and toilet. All bathrooms have heated towel rails.
Guests at Earnview Court can enjoy all Comrie has to offer. You are a short walk from the centre of the village where you will find shops, restaurants, a spa, sights such as the White Church and access to walk beside the River Earn or up to Melville’s Monument. A short drive from the village and you are at Auchingarrich Wildlife Park, Cultybraggan Camp, or off exploring the delights of rural Perthshire or the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.
