The discount voucher is valid for a specified period, as mentioned on the voucher. Bookings must be made within this period to qualify for the discount.

The voucher can only be used for bookings made directly through the Cooper Cottages website or by contacting the team directly. It cannot be used on third-party booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com).

The voucher can only be used once per booking and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated.

Non-Transferable

Discount vouchers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the individual to whom the voucher was issued.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift cards or other services.

Application of Discount

The discount will be applied at the time of booking once the voucher code is entered. If the booking does not meet the requirements for the discount, the voucher will not be applied.
In cases where a partial payment or deposit is required, the discount will only be applied to the total value of the accommodation, not on extras such as cleaning fees, damages deposit, or optional services.

Cancellation and Modifications

If a booking is canceled or modified after applying the voucher, the terms of Cooper Cottages’ cancellation policy will apply. The value of the voucher will not be refunded or reapplied to future bookings in the case of cancellation.
Any changes to a booking after the discount has been applied may result in the voucher being invalid if the modified booking no longer meets the original terms.

Misuse

Cooper Cottages reserves the right to cancel any booking where it is found that the voucher has been misused or used in breach of these terms and conditions.

Right to Amend

Cooper Cottages reserves the right to amend or withdraw the voucher and its terms at any time without notice.
