A tastefully renovated 3 bedroom house in the historical centre of Stirling, just a few minutes from the castle. Ideally located within a 10 minute walk from the train station and less than an hour from both Glasgow and Edinburgh airports. The house has 3 bedrooms: one king-sized en-suite, one double and one twin room, set over 3 floors. Downstairs guests can enjoy a cosy lounge, fully-equipped kitchen, and a garden area to the rear.
No. 76’s central location offers the perfect base to enjoy the beautiful sights of central Scotland, with the impressive Wallace monument, renowned Gleneagles and the picturesque Loch Lomond & the Trossachs easily accessible.
On entering the flat you will find a cosy lounge to your right, with sofa seating and television. Straight ahead there is a kitchen with oven, hob, kettle, microwave and toaster. There is also a tall fridge-freezer. From the kitchen you can look out to the garden area. On this floor there is also a utility room with a washing machine and dishwasher.
The garden area is perfect for long summer evenings. Located to the rear of the property, it is fenced from other gardens and there is a bench seat at the far end to sit and relax. There is also a table and seating provided for outdoor dining. For wildlife lovers, you will often see squirrels and birds in the garden.
On this floor you will find the double and twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with toilet, sink and bath (with a shower over the bath).
On the top floor there is a king-sized bedroom with en-suite shower, toilet and sink.
76 Baker Street is located in Stirling Old Town just a short walk from the castle and the Old Town Jail. It is also only a short walk to the Tolbooth which hosts live events.
