Guests will find parking space for two cars next to the holiday cottage, with access through a gate to a private garden. To the rear of the property is a small patio area with table and seating. This modern accommodation layout is on 3 split levels.

The open plan living space is great for socialising. There is a large fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven and hob, AGA, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave.

The Haven is a large, classically furnished holiday home, with a more modern semi-open plan layout in rural Perthshire sleeping up to 8 guests, with full central heating, an open fire, AGA in the open kitchen and a private garden. A great base for families looking to explore the Highlands or hoping for a quiet, relaxing break.
Situated in St Fillans, a stunning village that is located within Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The village can be located at the east end of Loch Earn on the A85 road in central highlands of Scotland. Enjoy the picturesque views over Loch Earn and soak in the diverse historical associations as the village was renamed St. Fillans in 1817 by Lord Gwydyr, the husband of Clemantina Drummond, heiress to the Drummond Estate.
The Haven holiday cottage provides a central base for exploring the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park with many activities and events throughout the year. A circular tour of Loch Lomond is enjoyed by many guests.
Glasgow, Edinburgh and Perth are just over an hour’s drive away. Glencoe for skiing in the winter months is also accessible.

Within and near St. Fillans, there are a plethora of activities to enjoy such as walking, golf, fishing, canoeing, boating, bird watching or simply sitting in the sun and feeding the residential ducks. There are also challenging walks such as Dundurn hill – a small but steep rocky knoll, the site of the Pictish fort as well as the cell of Saint Fillan. The walk offers stunning views and a chance to explore from the village to which Fillan gave his name.
