ACCESS
Parking is available directly outside the property in a gated driveway. There are steps to the front and rear of the property.

There is a double bedroom, a twin room and a bunk-bed room. There is a family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. There is a second toilet off the hallway.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. There is an oven and electric hob, fridge-freezer and plates and cutlery are provided.

There is sofa seating, television and DVD player. The lounge also features a log-burning stove and views of the hills. WiFi is available. There is also a separate sun-lounge area off the kitchen.
OUTSIDE
There is a spacious garden area surrounding the property and a burn running at the boundary. Children must be supervised at all times when outside.

From Kirkton Bridge you can visit Balquhidder Kirk where lies the Highland outlaw Rob Roy MacGregor, to the rear of the Kirk is a wonderful waterfall not to be missed. Continue on up this path Creag an Tuirc, the ancient meeting place of Clan Maclaren. Loch Voil and Loch Doine are minutes away. Further afield enjoy the Villages of Killin, with popular visitor attractions including the Old Mill and the Falls of Dochart. Lochearnhead is popular for fishing and you can find a great golf course at St. Fillans.
