On Loch Tay there’s lots to do and see – don’t miss out a visit to The Crannog, a reconstructed Iron Age Fort. Pitlochry dam and fish ladder is a sight not to be missed when the salmon are passing through. The festival Theatre offers a year round programme and in the Autumn months the award winning light and sound show in Faskally woods where you can enjoy the enchanted forest. Perth is a vibrant city with many sights and visitor attractions. The Black Watch Museum, St John’s Kirk, Branklyn Gardens and Scone Palace. Many eating places and a good variety of shops in the centre.

The Wee Cosy Nook is a beautiful, romantic, hideaway designed with couples in mind. It sits in the grounds of the owner’s house and is an entirely self-contained annex, detached from the main house. It has spectacular views of the River Tay, gardens and surrounding countryside.

This luxury apartment features a super king bed.

The open plan living space is stylish and modern and the kitchen area is very well designed and equipped. It’s a perfect spot for couples to enjoy a week-long or short break at any time of year.

The area is interesting, with the historic Weem village close by, Castle Menzies and the renowned Bolfracks Gardens on hand.  Nearby is Aberfeldy with a good variety of shops, and eating places, a leisure centre and an interesting old Watermill bookshop, gallery and Coffee Shop. The cinema and Art nouveau building in Aberfeldy, has been recently restored. The unique Edradour distillery is close by. The Birks of Aberfeldy offer a great walk. Further afield, the Highland Chocolatier, Iain Burnett’s shop is at Grandtully, Scotland’s most awarded chocolatier.
