The Glasgow Tattoo

The annual gathering for Balquhidder, Lochearnhead and Strathyre. Hammer-throwing, shot-putting, sheep-tossing fun, with craft-stalls, family friendly games and activities as well as the chance to participate in the annual hill-race.
Comrie, July – August
Comrie Fortnight is a popular annual event, with competitions, dances and a float-parade through the town culminating in a day of events at Laggan Park. Taking place in the last week of July and the first week of August, the festival is well attended and there is a great atmosphere.
