You will benefit from our all year round advertising, both online and offline with campaigns and offers throughout the year. We advertise on a numerous social media platforms, direct email marketing campaigns, paid advertising, public relations along with working closely with local businesses in Central Scotland.

We offer a simple online booking system and are equally pleased to speak with customers directly. Bookings can be placed 24 hours a day 365 days per year. Our mobile friendly website will maximise your property potential. Cooper Cottages keep the master calendar for all properties listed, so guests can look, book and pay with ease.

What fees are involved?

NO registration fee and NO annual fee for listing your property with us, we offer a very competitive commission.

Housekeeping and Management

Cooper Cottages also offers a management service for the letting of holiday accommodation, for those who do not have the time or resources themselves. We will manage the advertising, bookings and changeovers on your behalf. We also have contacts with local trades people, plumbers, electricians, joiners, decorators, gardeners and cleaners so you have no need to worry about any work that is required in the upkeep of your holiday home. The level of managements is as requested by the owners.

Help With Short Term Lets Regulations (STL)

As a continuation of the supporting services we offer to owners, we propose that Cooper Cottages will work, to assist owners to build the body of information and reports as required in the Pre-application process.
