One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom with bath and separate shower, separate WC. Open living room with two seating areas and south facing windows, wood burning stove, 50″ HD Smart TV and iPod dock. Well equipped kitchen with large breakfast table. A five minute drive to the village of Grandtully where you will find the Highland Chocolatier who specialises in hand made chocolates that are sold throughout the UK, visitors can see the chocolate making process, purchase the wares and dine in the restaurant.

The town of Aberfeldy is a 15-minute drive, where visitors can find shops including a large supermarket, butcher, baker, and a Deli as well as gift and craft shops, an award winning book shop and lots of places to eat. Also in Aberfeldy is a petrol station, medical centre, dentist, vet, banks and ATMs and a Post Office.

The whole area offers so much for visitors, walking, cycling, sailing, golf, visiting gardens and castles, and even a restored Art Nouveau cinema. Surrounded by magnificent scenery, Farragon Hill and Meall Tairneachan (Corbett) are neighbouring Corbetts to the South of Loch Tummel and are usually climbed together, these can be reached on foot from Aodin. If you enjoy fishing in Scotland there are fishing rights on a local beat at extra cost.
